About the speaker: Heidi S. Holden, SPHR is an experienced HR professional working for FM Global in Johnston, RI since 2007 and previously at American Power Conversion in West Kingston, RI. As the manager of employee sourcing at FM Global, she is responsible for overseeing employee-recruitment strategies, including employer branding, employee on-boarding and university relations. Holden is currently a member of the Society of Women Engineers’ (SWE) conference program board, which ensures that the annual conference supports SWE’s mission and goals. She has a B.A. in psychology from the University of Connecticut and holds a certificate in human-resource management from Bryant University.
