Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery-Career Exploration Program Exam

Society of Women Engineers in collaboration with The U.S. Department of Defense will conduct three hour ASVAB-CEP (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery-Career Exploration Program) exam. This test measures strength and potential for future success. This test is designed to see the type of career that will be suitable for student, as well as help student to declare Major. It also works for enlisting into the military, as it is used to find out the jobs that the student qualify. The subject areas covered are General Science, Arithmetic Reasoning, Word Knowledge, Paragraph Comprehension, Mathematics knowledge, Auto and Shop information and Mechanical Comprehension. This exam is available FREE of charge to the student and will be conducted on LCCC campus, Engineering Technologies division, AT 142 by The U.S. Army. The exam is scheduled on Thursday, March 9 from 0830-1230 hours. The test scores can also be used to enter into anyone of the military services.

Age range for participation is 16 to 23 years. Deadline for registration is March 4, 2017. This is applicable for the students in the first and second year.
